Sports Nutrition Taster: Workshops
Sports Nutrition Taster Workshops aim to provide an introduction on how to achieve a healthy diet and tailor this towards performance. In addition to covering the areas outlined below the workshop will provide the opportunity to assess your individual current dietary intake.

Sports Nutrition Taster: Diet MOTs
The 20 minute Diet MOT Taster sessions will provide you with a snapshot assessment of your diet from the previous week. In addition to highlighting where dietary improvements can be made to optimise performance this is also a useful assessment of your general health and wellbeing. The individualised advice obtained in the Diet MOT will motivate you to follow and/or maintain healthy eating and enhance performance by pointing you in the right direction and setting some achievable goals.
