is a freelance company that works with individual or groups of athletes, coaches, parents, schools and colleges. Additionally advice is available to individuals with an active lifestyle.

Workshops and one to one nutrition consultations provide athletes and significant others with the necessary knowledge and ability to apply nutritional strategies to practice and contribute towards sporting success.

 

 

 

Nosh has experience of working with club level to elite athletes applying current scientific research that is translated into easy to understand advice tailored to meet the athletes training and competition goals.

Sport specific advice is adapted to
meet the athlete’s needs, whether
this is individual or as a team, by setting achievable goals to maximise the health and wellbeing of the individual and ultimately sports performance.
