This series of workshops are targeted
at improving the knowledge and practical application of sports nutrition for groups
of athletes, coaches and parents.

Through interactive delivery nutritional strategies to support training and
competition are explored. Workshops are
delivered to meet the demands of athlete
and coach schedules ranging from one
